Jenifer joined 1stNAS in 2017 and has been in the appraisal management industry since 2005. During her career she has worked in sales, process improvement manager, QC Manager, and now serves as the Director of Operations for 1stNAS. Over the years, she has learned trust, communication, proactively addressing issues, and streamlining the appraisal process are just a few core requirements that clients require from a vendor. Her years of experience have taught her how important transparency is to the companies she works with. Jen’s approach is to attack problems head on, ask for guidance, and correct workflow issues as they arise.
